Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk (~200mL)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds (~35g)
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder

Optional Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Mandarin
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey

Instructions

  • Mix all base ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place in fridge for about 30 min or overnight. It should have a jelly-like consistency.
  • Add your toppings.
